We have three different room categories.
Due to the archetectural structure of the building, we don’t have uniform rooms,
but many unique rooms, each with a special charm of its own,
which makes it very difficult to classify them in clearly defined rate categories.
Room : Views: towards the Danube , Old Town or the courtyard with a partially concealed glance towards the Danube
Size : from 16 m² to almost 40 m² or 60 m² with our suite
Beds: 90cm x 200cm x 200cm up to 320cm (even with extra length up to 220 cm)
Bathrooms: partly shower, some with bathtub or jacuzzi tub in the suite
very different cut and also of very different sizes .
The layout of the rooms in the categories was made according to the size , location and bedding of rooms (small rooms / beds are rather the standard rooms and larger rooms / beds rather the luxury room) .
You will be surprised by our beautiful house in an absolute top location in the historic center of Passau directly on the Danube and decide between standard and luxury or the compromise of comfort!

Since we feel that there are too few hot enough days in Passau to warrant an AC unit we decided an installment in our rooms is not feasable.
